Are you in crisis? Is your life out of control? I provide a warm, expressive environment free of judgement or criticism where you can develop new ways of understanding your life, relationships and goals. My main experience is assessing chronic mental illness issues, psychosis, Crisis, mood disorders and self injury behaviors. I have over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in mental health facilities, hospitals and in-home settings.
I'm passionate about working with young adults, but also focus in couples, adults and families. I mostly incorporate the eclectic model and use variety of approaches according to your personal needs. I mainly utilized the Family Strength Model, which proposes that individuals have great capacity for growth.
I hope my background, training and compassion will benefit you. I believe that each client is different, therefore therapy will be different for every client. My goal is to relate to you in an authentic fashion while being culturally sensitive to your needs.
