In some cases, individuals continue to see their individual therapist on their insurance plans for process therapy, and come to us specifically for specific number of strategic treatments for their eating disorder, traumas, addiction, or complex issues.
Our focused problem resolution strategies and client-centered approaches aim to help you to achieve balance through brief strategies and interventions. We offer such services as coaching and consultation, assessment for individuals and families, therapists with a variety of specialties, nutritionists, wellness trainers, referrals for medication management, referrals to physicians and medical specialists, and coordination with group therapy programs.
Initial Meeting and Strategy SessionReviewing all the options and unsure what to do? Need more education and information before booking an assessment or deciding on treatment? Consider scheduling a strategy session with us! Strategy sessions are typically one hour in length and gives families, loved ones, or those seeking recovery an opportunity to come visit us and talk about about their concerns and needs. This is a great opportunity to bring additional clarity to what might otherwise be a confusing process. Our relaxed question and answer format can address all of your concerns at length and we can exchange important information with you regarding what you need to know about the recovery process and helping your loved one. Wellness TuitionThe Renew Center of Florida provides outpatient individual, family therapy, and group therapy services. We are a holistic self-pay center that does not accept insurances at this time because of the level of customized services we provide. However we do serve as an out-of-network provider on insurance plans.
Services at The Renew Center do include a highly specialized, customized and comprehensive holistic team designed just for you for intensive individual/couple/or family therapy (or combination of those) for a variety of concerns. We also selectively offer group therapies for existing clients upon recommendation.
Due to our high demand and commitment on quality over quantity of clients we serve, Dr. Palmer and her staff cannot take all individuals who contact The Renew Center of Florida seeking help. However, if you are suffering from an eating disorder, trauma, addiction, mental health, or relational concern, and are motivated for intensive therapy, we encourage you to set up an interview and assessment with Dr. Palmer to explore your options. During your face-to-face assessment and meeting we review your history, concerns, needs, and goals. If you are interested in designing a treatment plan for recovery at The Renew Center or elsewhere and would like feedback from Dr. Palmer, the assessment and meeting is the first most important step on your journey to healing!
