I’d be honored to work with you in therapy! I have over 20 years of experience treating clients with a variety of concerns, such as sleep problems, trauma history, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. After the first session, therapy offered is mostly evidence-based because they’ve been shown to be effective in 6-12 sessions, typically, with a 1 month follow-up session. Supportive Therapy is also offered as another available potential treatment option.
