For over 30 years, Lee Carlson Center has been a beacon of hope for people coping with emotional and behavioral issues. The Center is the primary provider of mental health services in Anoka County and surrounding areas, seeing more than 4,000 individuals and families each year.
Our Fridley clinic staff includes two child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists skilled in psychological testing and assessments and a team of therapists with a wide-range of experience.
At our Blaine location, we offer domestic abuse counseling and groups for men, women, and children - taking a family-focused approach to treat the whole family.
In Spring Lake Park, Bridgeview is our drop-in center for adults living with serious & persistent mental illness. Bridgeview offers support groups, wellness classes, community activities and an award-winning art program - offering members a chance to socialize and avoid the isolation of living with a mental illness.

Simply call us.
We’ll listen, answer your questions and determine the best path for you.
We accept all third party insurances including medical assistance and offer a sliding fee scale to residents of Anoka County.

We're renowned for our work with children and teens. In addition to our in-clinic services, we provide mental health services in over 20 schools throughout the Northern Suburbs. Over 60% of our clients are between the ages of 6-17.
Lee Carlson Center is one of the only mental health agencies in Anoka County to offer psychiatric services and comprehensive psychological testing assessment for children as young as 4.
Our Fridley clinic is open Monday-Friday and Saturday's by appointment.
Some of our therapists also work out of our Blaine satellite office, also the site we use for our Domestic Abuse Program.
We do accept all major insurances as well as medical assistance.
Lee Carlson Center remains one of the few providers in the area to use an income based sliding fee scale for individuals and families with no insurance who reside in Anoka County. |
