I help clients set goals, track progress, feel supported, get feedback, and be appreciated for their hard work, skills, and talents. My work experience is vast and wide-ranging. For example, I have spent many years in the military (VFW), police department, and elite sports competition, supporting individuals as they dealt with career development, performance improvement, addiction, mental illness, and crisis.

I'm here as a resource to discuss your needs, and I am fully committed to helping you overcome your struggles. My style is practical, reality-based, and evidenced-based. I treat clients and families with dignity and respect, ensuring a positive atmosphere for growth.
