Fees:
$20/1/2 hour individual sessions $10/hour for group unless listed below - $40 maximum payout per week for groups $45 for substance abuse or non dv court dvi or anger management assessments * fee waived for those who get it done within 30 days release of DOC, 1/2way house resident, or CSC resident. $60 for DV court assessments due to the additional staff time and assessments $60 for assessments done over internet and skype - due to additional time/cost $75 for dv or anger management assessment and substance abuse assessment. $20/group for DVI, Anger Management or MRT groups $20/group for Parenting or Codependency group (first 2 are free) $65 for one day groups - relapse prevention, addiction education, money management, victim impact. $250 DOT assessments (includes all appointments, follow up and testing) |
