I have a full time face-to-face counseling service where I provide psychotherapy. I have been in the field for over 33 years and have worked with almost all populations and problem areas. My specialties are general psychotherapy, couples and family therapy, ADD, PTSD, and chronic pain.
My orientation is eclectic. I use traditional psychotherapy, screen for chemical problems, hold a systems and humanistic approach, and use non-traditional methods such as hypnosis, EMDR, and Energy Psychology such as NET, TFT, and EFT. I am the developer of Tri Brain Trauma Therapy.
For the past 10 years I have been the owner/operator of www.asktheinternettherapist.com where I provide online counseling and sell many hypnosis tapes, educational mental health DVDs, and books that I have written. My other websites are www.hypnosistapes4health.com and www.energypsychologytherapy.com. I also have developed a complete line of mental health supplements for ADD, depression, and anxiety.
