Insight Treatment Programs are recognized intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) programs for teens and early young adults (14-20 years of age) suffering from mental health and addiction issues. Based on the fundamental belief that adolescent issues can only be effectively treated by addressing all aspects of their lives, teen counseling Los Angeles uses treatment attending to emotional, psychological, spiritual, familial, academic and biological factors. Every family is unique and has different needs, problems, and resources. Therefore, Insight’s treatment staff takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans tailored to each family’s specific goals. Whether your teen is suffering from mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, or trauma) or is showing self-harming, aggressive or addictive behaviors, we are here to help.
Founded as one of the first drug and alcohol outpatient treatment programs for teens in Los Angeles, Insight has evolved into more than just a teen drug rehabilitation program. Insight’s highly trained clinical team specializes in addressing chemical dependency, self-harm, dual-diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, along with behavioral and emotional problems in teens. Over the years we have helped thousands of teens and families find help and hope.

At Insight we understand that dealing with teenage issues can be difficult at best. In order to help alleviate some of the angst, we offer parent education and parent support groups lead by our treatment team to help parents gain information, support, and guidance from staff and other parents who have had similar experiences. Insight counselors are also available to parents on an on call basis for guidance and support. |
