Online Support Groups
- Abuse Survivors groups on Meetup - Meet other local survivors of sexual, physical, or emotional abuse to share advice on surviving and coping.
- DomesticShelters.org Victims and Survivors Community - A large and active Facebook group designed to be a safe space for domestic abuse victims, survivors, advocates and others affected by abuse. People of all genders, races, religions, sexual orientations, cultures, ethnicities are welcomed to this group.
- Fort Refuge - An online community founded in 2008 providing private forums and private chat rooms for survivors of abuse. Membership is offered to any abuse survivor over the age of 16, no matter what gender, religion, sexual orientation, political views, or mental health history.
- Hope Recovery - A nonprofit organization that specializes in supporting adult survivors of abuse and sexual trauma. Their support program offers survivors a variety of support groups, workshops, newsletters and publications to assist, educate and support the journey of healing.

Local Support Groups
- Survivors of Incest Anonymous (SIA) - A 12-Step, self-help recovery program modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous for men and women, 18 years and older, who were sexually abused as children. They maintain a world-wide directory of SIA, self-help, support groups (meetings). Includes meetings in person, online and by phone.
