- Ability Online Support Network - Ability OnLine is a free internet community where children/youth with disabilities/illness and their parents can meet others like them, make friends from all over the world, share their hopes and fears, find role-models and mentors, and feel like they belong.

Local Support Groups
- The Wellness Community - The Wellness Community is an international non-profit organization dedicated to providing free support, education and hope to people with cancer and their loved ones. Their services include professionally-led support groups, educational workshops, nutrition and exercise programs, and stress-reduction classes. They have over 100 locations worldwide including 24 U.S. based and 2 international centers with 73 satellite and offsite programs, as well as online support groups and a discussion board.
- Well Spouse Association - Well Spouse is a national, not for profit membership organization which gives support to wives, husbands, and partners of the chronically ill and/or disabled. Well Spouse support groups meet monthly. Members can share their thoughts and feelings openly with others facing similar circumstances in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. WS support groups are also an excellent source for information on a wide-range of practical issues facing spousal caregivers.
