- My OCD Community - A safe, supportive, informative, and friendly community for all people affected by OCD. It also supports all people affected by OCD related disorders. The group is moderated by the International OCD Foundation and HealthUnlocked.

Local Support Groups
- International OCD Foundation Support Groups - The IOCDF Resource Directory lists over 400 support groups for OCD and related disorders around the world. Groups are offered for individuals with the disorder, in addition to their family, loved ones, and caregivers.
- National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) - NAMI is a nonprofit, grassroots, self-help, support and advocacy organization of consumers, families, and friends of people with severe mental illnesses. NAMIs 1200 affiliate organizations provide local services, support and other opportunities for consumers and their families.
