Local Support Groups
- Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD) - A national non-profit organization providing education, advocacy and support for individuals with AD/HD. Offers free monthly support group meetings, special events and conferences, local resource information, public education and outreach, and parent to parent training classes.
- Compassionate Friends - Supporting Family After a Child Dies - Through a network of more than 625 chapters with locations in all 50 states, as well as Washington DC and Puerto Rico, The Compassionate Friends has been supporting bereaved families after the death of a child for four decades.
- Parents Without Partners - Nonprofit membership organization devoted to the welfare and interests of single parents and their children. Single parents may join one of the many chapters around the US and Canada.
