Practice Description: |
If you are someone who is struggling with addiction, depression, or anxiety and want to get your life back, I am here to help! The transition from addiction to your new sense of normalcy can be overwhelming and scary. It can also have an intense impact on different areas of your life, including work, relationships, and hobbies. If you are looking to get back to reaching your goals and finding yourself again, look no further, as I am confident that I can be a part of your healing journey.
I have worked alongside many people attempting to stop drug and alcohol use over the last several years. Through the approaches of ACT and CBT, I can help you find your path back to autonomy and freedom. I have also helped many couples through the difficult transitions in addiction recovery and provide services for connecting them with local resources.
I know that finding the right therapist is difficult and often the search for therapy is a pain as it is, so feel free to reach out and schedule a consultation. I am happy to answer any questions you might have about getting started or point you in the right direction if you find that I am not the right therapist for you.
