Alisha is passionate about helping individuals to achieve personal understanding and develop meaning in their lives. Her approach focuses on the individual themselves and creating a unique experience to help each individual achieve their personal goals. Alisha uses a variety of techniques from various theoretical backgrounds and blends them together to meet the needs of each client.
Alisha’s experience includes working in private and public settings providing therapy to a wide variety of cliental. Alisha thoroughly enjoys working with children and focuses on applying a variety of behavioural and play-therapy techniques. She also has experience working with individuals struggling with behavioural issues, developmental delays, relationship issues, OCD, Depression, self-esteem, anger management, anxiety, trauma, and loss. Alisha also has training and experience working with individuals who are highly sensitive and struggle to cope in a fast paced society.
