I come from a place of compassion, acceptance and hope. I am constantly amazed by the human spirit and its ability to heal. I see myself as an eclectic therapist, and I use different modalities to meet each client's individual needs. I am always open and honest with my clients and never judge anyone. I take my role seriously and am committed to helping you feel better.
Prior to having a private practice, I worked for a mental health agency in Palo Alto. I also worked in Israel and Europe in different settings. I am an EMDR certified therapist and an EMDRIA- approved consultant. I find EMDR helpful in the treatment of traumatic experiences, emotional pain and situations where the client feels "stuck". I see clients with emotional difficulties, depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, and self esteem issues. I work with individuals, couples and families on relationship issues, parenting and life challenges.
I am fluent in English and Hebrew.
I am married, a mother of four, an animal lover and an ethical vegan.

The fee for service is $ 200.00 for individual/conjoint/couple/family/ therapy session (Approx. 50 min in length) and $300.00 for an extended EMDR session (Approx. 75 min in length) |
