Practice Description: |
Life is a journey, sometimes it can feel like a struggle. Andrea Bullard believes that our experiences are learning opportunities and the work you do to meet them, as an individual, as a couple, or as a family, is a journey home, to yourself, and your relationships.
Andrea seeks to engage the body, the mind, and the heart, and supports clients’ curiosity and presence by providing a safe, judgment-free environment. Therapeutic work can feel very delicate and simultaneously potent. Andrea recognizes that to step onto this path of change and growth requires no small amount of courage and feels that walking alongside someone on their healing path is an honor and privilege. Her desire is to support each of her clients in finding resources, discovering ease, and developing coherence in their body, mind, and heart in order to meet and fully engage in life.
At Foundations Counseling, Andrea Bullard works with a wide variety of clients who may be seeking services that include:

Andrea utilizes body-based awareness and techniques from somatic and dance therapy, sensory integration and developmental movement, expressive arts therapy, and person-centered therapy.
Andrea’s passion is to support body/mind awareness and integration. In her post graduate years, she has continued to study early attachment and trauma through body awareness, movement, and a pre and perinatal lens. She holds a curiosity for uncovering the implicit stories that affect beliefs and behaviors which underlie our experiences and relationships. She has served adults with developmental disabilities as well as neurotypical adults in learning skills as well as accessing and building greater resources through body awareness and somatic tools and practices.
