Practice Description: |
Hello, I'm Andrew Davis, your guide in discovering personal growth and overcoming life's challenges. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), my approach revolves around understanding your unique journey, offering individualized therapy designed with you in mind. With experience working in a variety of therapeutic environments, I have experience supporting everyone from young adults and couples to those recovering from substance challenges.
Creating a warm, accepting space is my priority, allowing you to explore your feelings openly. In our private sessions, I encourage you to foster self-awareness and healing. I’m devoted to open dialogue and ethical practice, ensuring you receive top-quality care. Our sessions will be a judgment-free zone, focusing on solutions and growth.
Your journey is important, and I’m here every step of the way, ready to support your path to a healthier, more fulfilling life. Let's collaborate on your new chapter.
Treatment philosophy My treatment philosophy is rooted in a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique journey. I believe in your resilience and capacity for meaningful change when supported with the right tools and understanding. Together, we’ll explore the root causes of challenges, foster self-compassion, and build skills for healthier relationships and lasting coping strategies. Using evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, I tailor therapy to your needs, creating a safe, supportive space for healing and growth.
Practice description My practice specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate relational trauma, codependency, narcissistic abuse, challenges related to partners with BPD, depression, and anxiety. I work from a person-centered and trauma-informed perspective, integrating CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and humanistic approaches to foster healing and growth. I also work with therapists, creatives, and individuals who’ve had previous unsuccessful therapy experiences, emphasizing self-compassion, resilience, and meaningful change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, develop healthier relationships, and build lasting coping strategies.
