Are you successful yet sad and self-critical? Do you feel frustrated with your repeated efforts to overcome fear, anxiety or shame when it comes to asserting yourself? As a humanistic therapist for 42 years and as someone who has been there, I have the experience and expertise to help you undo the patterns, pain and inner conflicts which keep you from having the choices you want as well as the confidence, well being and aliveness that feel missing . I offer a FREE confidential 30 minute initial phone assessment so we can discuss your issues and needs to see if we are a match. Sometimes it takes opening up with a caring, empathic and skilled therapist whose only goal is to get you to the place where you feel resolved, empowered, and have made the changes that you want.
I primarily work with high functioning people who are stuck and at a loss as to why they are not moving forward in their lives. A lot of my clients appear to be doing very well looking from the outside, but are struggling with emotional pain and conflict on the inside. Most of them have already done a lot of personal growth, but still find themselves unhappy, emotional reactive or feeling a void. I help them find the source of their pain, reconsolidate emotional learnings, gain self acceptance and legitimacy, and make new decisions in order to live their best lives.

My fee is $175 for a 60 minute hour. I often schedule 90 minute sessions with couples and individuals when needed or requested. |
| Insurance and Billing Details: |
I expect to be paid at the time of service. I don't bill directly through insurance, however I do accept all major credit cards as well as
checks. I also provide my clients with an insurance ready statement so they can seek reimbursement on their own if they have the ability to do that. It is important to know that a Mental Disorder Diagnosis is necessary in order to receive reimbursement. I cannot guarantee such a diagnosis and I don't want to give you a Diagnosis in order to receive payment for my services. |

I have had the privilege to help individuals, couples and families for over four decades. I am deeply committed to helping my clients change the patterns that no longer serve them and heal the inner pain that they continue to experience both in terms of their feelings, thoughts, actions, and quality of life. Because many of us were hurt as children, we continue to live out the emotional learnings we acquired when we were young even though they no longer serve us or even make sense to us. You have the inner ability to unlearn and transform what you learned earlier in your life. I want to help you open to and use this capacity to heal and live more fully, balanced, joyfully, and courageously.
My primary framework is Coherence Therapy. Within this frame work, I use experiential methods like Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS which work to heal the those parts of our brain & psyche that hold our early emotional pain, learnings, and trauma.
