The 4 pillars of psychiatry include physical well-being, emotional support, psychological resilience, purpose and meaning. The most effective therapists take into consideration all these aspects of mental health in varying degrees based on the scope of their practice.
At Logos Therapeutics clients will experience a combination of therapy, frequently enhanced with medication, for a more thorough, fulfilling, and holistic experience. I offer hour long therapy sessions with special expertise in psychodynamic psychotherapy, solution focused brief therapy, PTSD/trauma-based/somatic therapy, and EMDR.
I also offer weight loss counseling in conjunction with peptide injections (semaglutide, tirzepatide) at very affordable cost.
