I am a Licensed Social Worker with a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Social Work. I have a deep commitment to fostering mental well-being through a compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in the power of resilience and growth and will work with you throughout your healing journey.
I understand the importance of having a therapist you feel comfortable seeing and talking to weekly. It's especially important to feel heard; I value the time I will have to work collaboratively with you while navigating life's challenges.
