Congratulations on taking this major first step. As your therapist, my role is to help you navigate and overcome the challenges you’re facing, whether it’s anxiety, depression, grief, career development, relationship issues, etc. I received my Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology, my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and my B.A. in Psychology. I am passionate about using my years of experience, education, and training to help someone like you.
I genuinely care about my clients. My top priorities are gaining your trust, showing compassion, and allowing you to feel heard and respected. I utilize evidence-based treatments tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we will develop a treatment plan that promotes emotional well-being, personal growth, and the best possible outcomes.
