My practice primarily focuses on assisting clients with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Many of my clients grapple with daily life stressors and encounter difficulties in connecting with their loved ones. To address these issues, I employ a compassionate yet direct approach, drawing from evidence-based techniques rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
