Welcome to Change Works Interactive. We opened our doors in 2012 and have consistently served individuals, families and organizations assisting them to function at their very best. We offer counselling and therapy services in-person, over the phone or through the use of virtual telehealth. Therapists at Change Works Interactive use a variety of modalities or techniques that suit the client's preference and style. Examples of these include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Internal Family System therapy. Our psychotherapists also cover a wide range of areas of focus including therapy for anxiety and depression, trauma, grief and loss, interpersonal relationships, anger management, career counselling and development and much more. Although we set standards for billing practices, our therapists are willing to speak with you about affordable options like sliding scales.
