There’s power in exploring the painful, the unknown, and the misunderstood. Whatever you may be feeling in this moment, remember that you are a multifaceted and complex individual, changing with every new experience and emotion each day. As a therapist, I consider my work to be holistic, integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I have experience counseling individuals, couples, and families whom may struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adverse family dynamics, and turbulent life transitions. I’m quite passionate about analyzing not only “generational curses,” but also generational blessings across the lifespan.
