You deserve to feel connected to yourself, your partner(s) and the world around you. I offer warm, compassionate psychotherapy to help you build the life and relationships you want. People come to therapy to address various issues in their lives. They may be going through a major life transition or feel stuck in their work life or their relationships. I work with both individuals and couples. I provide a safe space and also offer practical tools and strategies that can help. By using somatic and mindful approaches and other techniques, I can help you to change habitual patterns that are no longer serving you.
I also specialize in couples and sex therapy. Sex therapy can help address a variety of issues - desire discrepancies within a couple, wanting to deepen emotional and sexual intimacy, difficulties with climaxing, starting your journey of queer sex and love, socio-cultural factors associated with sexuality, open relationships, opening up, infidelity and a breach of trust, diversity of sexual expression and everything else related to sex.
