I believe that most people can benefit from therapy at some point in their life. Whether challenged by emotions, thoughts, behaviors or relationships, dedicating time to examine and understand our inner life with a trained professional can lead to positive changes and improvements in our quality of life. As a therapist, I believe that our thoughts, feelings and behaviors impact each other and that the pathway to change usually involves all three.
