I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist. I work with individuals, couples and families with a variety of issues. My areas of specialty include Anxiety Disorders, Depression, Career issues, Womens issues, Relationship issues and Life Transitions.
I provide Life Coaching which differs from psychotherapy. Life Coaching is pro-active and goal oriented. This is an alternative for those who are looking for a way to meet specific goals. As well as hypnotherapy . Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation. Hypnosis can be helpful for issues related to weight management , relieving stress, text anxiety , quit smoking , goal accomplishment , procrastination , finding love and increasing self esteem .
My approach is working in collaboration with my clients and assisting them in meeting their goals and finding balance in their lives.
