Cody Watts, believes in harnessing inner healing to help clients thrive. With extensive experience and a compassionate approach, Cody offers holistic, personalized therapy for individuals, couples, and families at Foundations. In the same way our skin heals when cut, our psyche seeks to heal when hurt. Cody Watts believes that everyone possesses an inner healing intelligence—a powerful force within each of us that yearns for healthiness, wholeness, and a state of thriving. He is deeply focused on understanding what truly helps people make positive, lasting changes in their lives.
Cody Watts holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-based Transpersonal Counseling from Naropa University. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University. Cody is an Associate Credentialed Life Coach (ACC) and a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor. He trained with the Center for Coaching Excellence and holds a credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), representing the gold standard of Life Coaching. Additionally, he trained with internationally acclaimed meditation teacher David Nichtern and is certified as a Meditation Instructor with Dharma Moon and Tibet House.
Cody's journey into counseling was inspired by his deep commitment to helping others. With over twelve years of experience, he has worked with a wide range of populations. At Foundations, Cody Watts is dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and discover your inner strengths. With his extensive expertise and compassionate approach, he provides a supportive environment where you can heal, grow, and thrive. Cody provides a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe exploring their challenges. He focuses on helping clients overcome struggles and realize their full potential.
