Whether struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, body image, or low self esteem or facing problems at school, work or home, let's work to develop your core strengths, more effectively dealing with life's challenges. When fixing a car, you want a top mechanic with the right set of tools to diagnose the problem and make the repairs. Treat yourself as well. Working together we can expand your "toolbox" so you have the confidence and skills to manage whatever comes your way.
The interplay between the emotional and the physical is palpable. After identifying your core challenges, I will help you work towards solutions, customizing treatment with cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, family systems, and psycho-dynamic techniques.
Finding the right therapist involves finding the right fit. My clients range in age from six to their nineties. With whomever you work, ensure you work towards your goals and trust the partnership with your treating professional.
