Practice Description: |
I believe in taking a holistic approach to psychotherapy. I believe that we each have the capacity to tap into healing wisdom, and I see my role as that of a fellow traveler who can help find the way to this inner wisdom. I believe that the path of healing unfolds naturally when the conditions are right. Therapy can be a way of nurturing that development together through mutual respect, compassion, and acceptance. Non-judgmental awareness is the heart of this practice. Asking for help can be difficult, even scary; but I believe that all of us need help from time to time -- it's part of being human.
