Practice Description: |
I am very effective with balancing life and work responsibilities, stress management and relationship issues, including separation and divorce. I have over seventeen years of clinical work experience with domestic and family violence and other forms of trauma.
My style is strength based and solution focused, resulting in immediate relief and positive changes for many people that I serve.
I am also strong at dealing with the intersection of addiction, trauma and mental health challenges. I believe in every individual's innate ability to recover and heal, and my role is to offer guidance along the way!
I work effectively with children of all ages dealing with such issues as ADHD, depression, anxiety and psychotic disorders, and in collaboration with parents, families, schools.
I am highly skilled in range of relationship issues including couple's and family therapy, including high conflict situations.
I have managed non-profit programs for fifteen years, providing supervision and skill development to graduate students, clinical therapists and other professionals. As an expert in the field, I have provided statewide training seminars. I am part-time faculty and guest lecturer at the USC Graduate School of Social Work.
