Since 1998, I have provided psychotherapy services to hundreds of teens and adults in the Lehigh Valley. My clients report improved mood, less anxiety, more satisfaction in relationships, and progress in reaching their goals. The pressures of daily living can affect a person's ability to cope with stress. Stress can produce symptoms that disrupt normal functioning in school, work, at home, and in the community. Through counseling, I can help you unravel the thoughts and feelings that are causing distress. I can help you gain more control over the issues that impact your life.
I adjust therapeutic approaches to best suit the specific individual. Counseling will vary depending upon one's strengths, personality, stage of life, or particular concern. The essential goal of therapy is to equip the individual with information and insight to gently guide him or her toward positive changes.
I have extensive experience counseling teens and college students. I am keenly aware of the various challenges they face during this period of transitions, adjustments, and increased responsibility.
