Practice Description: |
When family and friends are not enough, then allow me to help you find the answers. With 30 years of combined clinical training and experience in New York and Florida at Maimonides Hospital in Adult & Child Psychiatry, Syosset Central School District, and in private practice with specialties in Psychoanalysis and Child/Adolescent Psychology, I have been helping adults and children improve their emotional well-being and behavioral health. Moreover, as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist I am well trained to utilize psycho-educational tests to find solutions to academic problems that may lead to educational interventions and accommodations for public and private schools, and college entrance examinations.
Psychotherapy allows us the unique opportunity to work together in order to pay close attention to and clarify the meaning of your thoughts and feelings, behavior, interpersonal experiences, and dreams, all toward the goal of alleviating conflict, enhancing self-understanding and acceptance, and expanding your capacity for work, love and play.
So, if you are burdened with self-defeating thoughts, depression, or guilt, inhibited by anxiety, challenged by your children, or when relationships do not yield the satisfaction and pleasure you desire, then consider that the path to change, better psychological health, and satisfying relationships begins with a phone call. I welcome you to call me directly anytime at my office 561-479-4600 to discuss your concerns, or leave me a message and I will be happy to return your call as soon as possible.
