Practice Description: |
ABOUT. I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and PsyPact certified to practice in over 39 states, and have been in practice for over 20 years. I divide my time between clinical work, case consultation, expert witness testimony and evaluations. I attended Cal State University Northridge, Pepperdine University, and received my Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. While completing my Post Doc Internship at UCLA, I was a Research Associate and Lecturer in the Department of Neurology.
PHILOSOPHY. Finding the right therapist is an integral process to making change. I have found that the connection within the therapeutic relationship is the most critical piece for success.
APPROACH. I have a boutique private practice specializing in reproductive mental health including infertility, pregnancy and postpartum support. My clinical training meets the qualifications set by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) to be able to provide counseling in infertility. I am especially interested in helping others with initial and ongoing fertility struggles, fertility issues related to genetic concerns, losses due to miscarriage and termination and high risk pregnancy. I conduct psychological consultations/evaluations for clients interested in using third party reproductive assistance and have extensive experience screening donors and gestational carriers.
