I have over 40 years experience helping people find relief from anxiety and depression, especially when more traditional approaches have not been successful. I provide integrative psychotherapy that immediately relieves stress, leads to conscious awakening of feelings and thoughts that allow for insight and behavioral changes to naturally occur.
My techniques have been proven effective with adults, and especially for young children and anyone who is differently abled and / or on the autism spectrum. In addition I have many years experience in treating trauma and PTSD.
My books, Quantum Imagery: Why Creating Art Heals Us and The Quantum Correlations Of Imagery: How Creating Art Heals and Evolves Our Spirit, are available on Amazon.com, KDP and Smashwords .com. They offer a concise introductory guide as well as a more in-depth analysis into understanding healing through mindfulness based imagery and will answer many of your questions about why my techniques are unusually successful.
