Practice Description: |
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental therapeutic environment for you to talk about your concerns, whether you are an adult seeking individual psychotherapy or a couple needing help with your relationship. I enjoy working with men and women of all ages, whether they are in young, middle or senior adulthood, and have been a psychotherapist for 20 years. My goal with clients is to help them reach their therapy goals that we establish at the start of and throughout treatment in order for them to live a more content, satisfied and fulfilled life.
There are many reasons people come to see me for therapy. Often, I see people when they are struggling with anxiety, depression, a loss, life transition, or relationship issue, or they have other concerns that they are unable to resolve on their own without the help of a therapist. Some seek short-term treatment to better cope and to regain a sense of well-being while others seek more long-term work to gain self-awareness, insight, and an understanding of patterns that block them from being content and functioning in life, as an individual and in their relationships.
A commitment and consistent participation are needed for therapy to benefit clients. Through their commitment and participation in therapy, individuals and couples have reported improvements and gains from their participation in therapy with me.
If you would like more information about therapy with me, you can explore my website at www.heartandmindtherapy.com or call me at (818) 515-6203. I welcome your contact.
