Hello! I’m Fatima, a board-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Owner and Operator of Logical Mental Health Services. I’m currently accepting new patients for psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and brief therapy services primarily centered around cognitive behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, and supportive psychotherapy.
My background and experience consist of being in healthcare field for last 15 years and last 7 years as Nurse Practitioner managing complex medical and mental health conditions working with adult patients throughout the life span both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Currently I treat adult patients from ages 18 to 64 with several mental health conditions through my Telehealth practice. Please feel free to email me or call me with any referrals you would like me to see, also I offer a free 10-minute evaluation if patients would like to meet me before their session and determine if we will be a good fit.
On a personal note, I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for over 20 years now and am locally based. My educational background is Master of Science as Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston and Post Master’s as Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
