I am a bilingual (Mandarin/English) Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am also certified as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington. I'm a Registered Play Therapist, and have experience working with children, teens, young adults, adults, and immigrant family from Asian Countries, as well as the use of Child-Parent Relationship Therapy.
I am treat children, (10 year old+), adolescent, and adults. I am experienced in various treatment modalities and settings including EMDR Trained Therapist, Registered Play Therapist, Child-Parent relationship program, Adlerian-based, and humanistic counseling approaches. The types of therapy that I provide are activity, Adlerian, humanistic, individual, and play therapy.
I provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment to express their issues and concerns, and hopes to help people find their strengths by supporting them with their unique needs. I specialize in adjustment, anger management, anxiety, career counseling, child-parent relationship, children, depression, emotional disturbance, grief and loss, international students, life transitions, mood disorders, cultural related concerns, self-esteem, parenting support, PTSD, relationship issues, stress, and trauma.
