I specialize in relationships. I have a passion for working with couples who are struggling in their relationship to better their communication skills and be able to appreciate each other again. There is HOPE! It can be overwhelming to find the right therapist and open up your life to a new person. I have the ability to connect with my clients and provide a non-judgmental place for them so they can be who they are.
I am trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and I'm a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator. If you are struggling in a relationship right now, there is hope. I utilize Mindfulness Therapy for clients who are struggling with anxiety. I am also trained in EMDR and treat trauma and PTSD symptoms.
