This isn't what you signed up for...it's just not working. You've been strong. You've been able to keep it together for a long time. But now you feel overwhelmed. You don't have to go through this alone. Let me help you get through this tough time...stuck place...lousy situation. Let me help you rediscover your joy. I use compassion, encouragement, and humor along with direction in therapy. I want to make this a safe and dynamic place for you to grow and change.
I'm good at helping people who struggle with finding the right balance of family, career, and self. I have worked extensively with couples and young women in helping them get to the heart of the challenge of growing up and maturing in relationships.
Since 1997, I have found that some people need only a few sessions to reach their goals, while others desire a deeper plan. I have unique experience with the Christian home schooling dynamic and its added stressors.
My office is close to the 22 and 405 freeways.
