Practice Description: |
Do you feel stuck? Are you wondering if you need to quit drinking? Are you unhappy in your relationship? We can help turn your insights into action. We are a group of licensed therapists, addiction specialists, psychologist, and psychiatrist who will actively help you make life changes and find a healthier, happier version of yourself.
We created the Dual Diagnosis Recovery Program© for individuals and their families struggling with both substance use and mental health disorders. It might include group, individual, couples, or family therapy as well as drug/alcohol screening, relapse prevention, case management and MAT/MOUD. The program is for voluntary as well as court ordered individuals involved with ASAP or pretrial services.
Alcohol moderation for the 90 million people in the United States who have had challenges with alcohol but are not sure if they need to stop completely. It includes a protocol that helps you an assessment to determine if you are a candidate for alcohol moderation and tools to create an Alcohol Moderation Plan.
Relationship Repair is for couples who are not satisfied in their relationship, may be going through transitions, or are dealing with infidelity, domestic violence, or parenting. Sessions are based on what the couple's goals are. Our psychiatrist performs one hour evaluations and half hour medication management sessions so you never feel rushed. MAT/MOUD, including Suboxone and Vivitrol, is available. Insight also has a psychologist who performs psychological testing as well as a play therapist for children as young as 4.
Appointments are available within 48 hours and includes evening and weekend sessions.
We believe that you are more than your diagnosis. You deserve to have balance in your life. Please call us to see how we can help you.

Additional Comments: |
Experience matters but the relationship with your therapist is more important than the type or therapy they use. Clinicians should be licensed, have experience in the issues you are dealing with, and the ability to offer many different types of tools. One method of treatment is good for marketing but not good for individualizing treatment for you! |
