Welcome! If your goal is to have a more satisfying life and relationship... you are at the right place! Reacting to stress, people often cling to old beliefs and behaviors that limit their ability to find new options and uncover their true potential. Symptoms are often the frustrating signals that help motivate people to take another look at their lives. Most couples and individuals already know what they need to do, but need the motivation, support, and tools of a compassionate counselor to do it. I would love to help guide you or your relationship in your unique journey towards greater health and happiness.
I always look at a client's struggles in the context of their relationships. I help clients alter perspectives & behavior patterns. Using EMDR, I help eliminate PTSD. I teach tools from the Gottman Couples Therapy approach to guide couples toward greater success and love. To discuss how I could meet your unique needs, I offer a 30 minute free consultation.
I'm compassionate with a genuine, down-to-earth style that allows a feeling of comfort. My greatest strength is the ability to maintain and convey a strong vision of each client's true potential despite the struggles and self-doubt inherent in the process of change.
