The healing process begins with choosing a therapist with whom you are comfortable. You may be overwhelmed by trying to manage problems, conflicts, personal performance, or transitions in your life, and find that the support of family and friends is not sufficient. My approach as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and confidential environment, and to partner with my clients to not only alleviate the presenting symptoms, but also their underlying causes.
I have over 25 years of experience as a licensed and highly skilled psychotherapist providing exceptional psychotherapy treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, abuse, loss, and life coaching. In addition, I have provided clinical instruction, supervision, and mentoring of mental health professionals. I also provide consultation to other professionals.
Through my expertise I am able to work with my clients to develop effective skills to accomplish a new mastery of their circumstances. I am devoted to assisting them in the achievement of their goals and to enhancing their ability to lead more peaceful, fulfilled, and productive lives.
