I am state licensed as both a Mental Health Counselor and an Addictions Professional. I have additional experience from five years with Hospice in the field of grief and loss, ranging from terminal illness to chronic diseases. I specialize in emotional support for Adults, Parents/Children with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.
I offer psychotherapy and education to remove communication blocks within families, couples or individuals. Emotional literacy is not provided in schools or in many families and can offer insight and freedom of expression.
I assist with relief from a wide range of addictive behaviors by providing individual and group therapy sessions. Learning and practicing emotional literacy skills can stand alone or can support 12-Step Recovery.
Seminars, Workshops and In-Service presentations can be arranged upon request.
I am currently editing a book I have written a book:
"Relax On Impact-Transformation and Empowerment Through Surrender" to support the processes of Free Flow Counseling.
