I can help you to untangle your emotional knots and confusion, so that you can rekindle your dreams toward living the life you deserve. I specialize in issues of empowerment with a focus on your humanity and relationships (less on diagnostic labels).
Together we'll replenish your strengths as you make lasting changes that will likely result in your feeling better and whole. With thirty years of clinical experience (trained in psychoanalytic psychotherapy) I now use a transpersonal (or more personalized approach) with children, teens, adults, couples and families.
We'll look well beyond symptom management to instead heal the root and soul of your challenges. I hope that you may discover that my holistic focus is a good fit for your personal success. Your life story is uniquely yours. Your struggles & courage are very important to me.
