Joe is an experienced clinician in Pa and NJ. He is working on a Beck Institute certification as a CBT therapist. Also he is completing a Dialectical Behavior Therapy Linehan Board Certification (DBT-LBC). Joe is a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist. Working on a Cognitive Processing Therapist (CPT) certification. Joe has a Trauma Focused CBT certification through Rowan University. Joe is working on an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) certification at the EMDR Institute. He is completed a Registered Play Therapy credential. Joe is a member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association pursuing a certification as a group psychotherapist (CGP. Joe is a certified anger management specialist (CAMS-2) through the National Anger Management Association. Working on becoming certified in domestic violence.
Joe works on issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, personality disorders, anger management, adjustment, mood disorders. Currently he offers individual and group therapy: DBT skills groups and CBT process groups. Joe is working on adding family and couples therapy.
