Judith Fogarty is an AZ Licensed Professional Counselor, a MA Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in both Arizona and Massachusetts. She has been in Private Practice for 30 years offering services in Relationship Issues, Personal and Spiritual Growth, Life Coaching, Holistic & Transpersonal Issues , Mindfulness, Meditation and 12 Step Recovery Support. Judith is also a Certified Plant Based Nutritionist offering Plant Based Nutritional Coaching.
Judith does not do Assessments, Diagnosis, Treatment Planning or Psychotherapy.
Judith interned at The New England Deaconnes Mind/Body Clinic in 1987 under the direction of Dr. Herbert Benson, facilitating "The Relaxation Response." She has had an active meditation practice for 44years and has traveled to India to enrich her spiritual growth. Judith has written articles for the parenting website, "Organic Green Mommy" and was their Psychotherapy Expert concerning, "Conscious Parenting."
Judith coaches individuals in matters of Stress Reduction with Mindfullness and Meditation Coaching, Recovery Coaching using the "12 Step Anonymous" philosophy, Relationship Coaching, Life Coaching, Self Esteem and Personal & Spiritual Growth Coaching.
