Throughout my life, along with my broad training and experience as a therapist, I've experienced my own, and have guided others in finding their ability to overcome what's happening 'right now', no matter what happened 'back then’, and no matter what concerns there are about the future.

I have extensive experience with trauma treatment, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and much more. My specialty includes exploring through Ego States using IFS Informed Psychotherapy and the EMDR Certified therapist, I help clients process trauma and painful life experiences.
IFS and EMDR are integrative approaches that have been proven effective for the treatment of trauma. Over the last 10 years, I have helped individuals with issues such as attachment, self-esteem, self-acceptance, anger, relationship issues, trauma issues and more.
