Practice Description: |
Hi, my name is Kiran! I am a dedicated therapist and a Sikh woman who understands the deep connection between culture, identity, and mental health.
With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and extensive experience working with individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and relationship challenges, I provide a compassionate and person-centered approach to healing. My practice is rooted in cultural awareness, recognizing the impact of generational influences, societal expectations, and personal experiences on mental well-being.
Whether you are navigating life transitions, struggling with emotional distress, or seeking clarity in your relationships, you will feel understood, heard, and validated. Experience therapy from a safe, nonjudgmental space where your experiences are honored, and your strengths are uplifted.
As someone with South Asian roots, I understand the complexities that culture and religion can bring to life’s challenges. That’s why my approach is as diverse as the people I serve—integrating a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals.
Seeking support is a courageous step, and you will feel empowered on your path toward healing and resilience. Together, we will work toward greater clarity, strength, and hope as you build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Let me support you every step of the way on your journey to growth and well-being.
