My approach to counselling is multifaceted. There is a body/mind/spirit component to healing that occurs through a layered approach and I look through a holistic lens in order to create a cohesive treatment plan. Collaboration with the client is key so we can work together to build new healthy habits, honor and validate experiences that have already become a part of one's life story, and find a way to move through to the other side to find peace, acceptance and even joy.
Human beings are hard-wired to make connections with others - we are not meant to go through all of life's challenges alone. It is my job to do my best to empower my clients and help them re-connect with the strengths and abilities they already have inside so that they feel confident enough to tackle the tough times and enjoy the gifts and blessings along the way.

I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies. Clients must pay the fees up front and I will provide a receipt that includes my registration number that you may use to submit to benefits/insurance providers and recuperate fees paid. |
